Application Procedure

To be eligible for an Australian student visa, all prospective international students are required to apply for and be accepted into a registered course, or part of a registered course, by a registered Australian education provider. IIBIT is a registered provider under Australian Government legislation (Registered Provider Number 01917B).

Prospective students should complete the relevant International Student Application Form, attach the required documents and return the form to the IIBIT’s International Student Office by the relevant closing date.

Application Process

Your application is based on the results of your secondary, tertiary or other accredited academic qualifications. IIBIT may also take into account relevant work experience and your motivation to study.

Age Requirement

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the proposed commencement of their studies in the University.

Entry Requirements

Entry to the Certificate courses requires the equivalent of 10 years of schooling & entry to Diploma level courses requires equivalent of 12 years of schooling, The minimum English language entry-level scores required for students from Non-English speaking background countries are advised below:

English requirements policy

All applicants for admission to IIBIT program either in Australia or overseas whose first language is not English must provide evidence that their English language ability meets the requirements for admission.

  • IELTS: 5.5

The required evidence may take the form of results from an acceptable English Language test undertaken no more than two years prior to the commencement of the program.

Only Original test certificates are acceptable. IIBIT does not accept certified copies of English Language Results.
