IIBIT AHE PTY LTD trading as Global Higher education ABN 13 636 305 881 Provider CRICOS Code: 04219D TEQSA: PRV14041, is a full own subsidy company of InfoTech Professionals Pty. Ltd. a proprietary company registered under the Corporations Law of New South Wales, Australia.
As part of its Strategic Plan and Vision to be an Independent higher education provider IIBIT-AHE Pty ltd was registered and was approved as a Higher Education Institute in 2023 and has been delivering programs under the banner Global Higher Education for domestic and international students.
As part of its growth strategy a 3-year strategic plan has been developed from 2025 -2028 outlining the opportunities and business growth plans and hence established Global Edge Institute to cater for the Vocational Sector.
Currently GEI is awaiting final approval from Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
GEI-Leadership Team
The GEI will be managed by a three-tier corporate governance structure. The Governance Board, Academic Board, and Executive Team have been established ensuring good governance systems. Further sub-committees for effective operational management and appropriate delegation of accountability for driving business.
